retirement plans

my ex is trying to delete me from his retirement acct at work. can he do that w/o my permission?

it all depends upon your divorce decree and if you were awarded pension rights and an order was signed and served upon the employer.

If you are concerned, please act fast, or otherwise he may drain the monies from the account.
