If you remarried and the property was purchased after the marriage then you own the property as tenants by the entirities therefore you both own the property jointly and the home would pass to the survivor. If you are not remarried and your name appears on the deed then basically the same result. If you have not remarried and your name does not appear on the deed he either must will the home to you or you could be out of luck.
