Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i would like to know how i go about revising my divorce stipulation. my ex has not abided by any of his requirements other than claiming the children on his income taxes.

I am going to need more information than what you listed. Based upon the limited information here, I would advise you not to attempt to revise the stipulation since that is extremely difficult to accomplish and would be very expensive. You should attempt to bring and action to enforce the provisions of the stipulation.
