Revision of the divorce agreement

Can a divorce agreement be revised following a divorce? Specifically, can a) visitation rules be made more specific; b) child support be revised to meet CSA standards

Yes and yes, if it can be shown that there are changed circumstances and that the proposed change is in the best interest of the child.
