My Rights?

I recently found out my husband has a serious drug problem and is stealing money from me to get his drugs. Can I legally tell him to leave the house and not come back til he's sober. The condo is in my name only.

You can tell him to leave but, if he does not go voluntarily and you intend to force him out, you should only do it by getting a court order. There are a few ways to go about this. Suggest you consult an attorney before doing anything, including having any conversation about the matter with your husband.
