Legal Question in Family Law in New York

What are my rights?

Since I've been separated from wife I've paid child support for our child. I was granted visitation rights

every other weekend, however she refuses to let me see my child. What can I do to asure me that I will get to see my child? She uses our child because we are getting a divorce and I won't tell her my address becuase she harasses me.Can I do something to protect my address and see my child?

Please help.

Re: What are my rights?

Get into Family Court immediately to enforce your rights. If you have an Order of visitation, you can consider having her held in contempt of court if she continues to interfere with your rights.
