rights to a spouses lawsuit

My husband has a pending lawsuit, that I have helped him with and at the same time we are thinking about divorce. I am wondering if he is awarded money in his lawsuit, am I entitled to part of it while we are married and if we divorce before it is settled, would I still be entitled to part of it?

It depends on what kind of a lawsuit it is. Instead of playing 20 questions here, suggest you consult with an experienced matrimonial attorney.
