She has not seen him since Aug and before then it was here and there for an hour superviesed. She refuses so sign off her rights. We had court on September 1st she did not show up so we got sole physical and legal custody she again got supervised visits 4 times a month. However after 6 weeks of not seeing him they got suspended and for her to see him she need to tae us to court and after 4 months they were terminated. She again has had no contact so when she called after her 6 weeks we informed her of this and have not heard from her again. How do we go about getting her rights terminated so I can adopt him. He knows me as mommy and I take care of him everyday. We live in new york state just if that was needed
