Legal Question in Family Law in New York

safety of my child/visitation

tomorrow I have to appear in court , my husband is requesting visitation rights tobring my baby to his girlfriends residence , they have a violant and agressive relationship and I do not my baby around her.I have a complaint order against her what should I do if she appears in court with him? should I call the police?

You should make your concerns known to the judge then ask for an opportunity to obtain an attorney. After the hearing you should hire an attorney. I know it may cost $, but no attorney can give you competent advice without seeing your file. If you need an attorney contact my office.
