i am currently going to school at night while my boyfriend takes care of our child, today we got into a fight and he threatned to take our daughter from me. our daughter is with my parents at their house can he take my daughter from my parents without my permission?

First of all, it is not "your" daughter. The daughter belongs to you and the father. Without a court order a father has the same right of custody of the child as the mother. The father's right of custody is greater than your parents. Therefore, to answer your question, "can he take my daughter from my parents without my permission," the answer is yes.
