Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I want to seek a divorce,but can't afford a lawyer. can I plead to have my spouse pay my attorney fees? Also,signed a pre-nup, but felt it was under duress and i was not given an opportunity to have my own lawyer...Can i fight it?

Yes you can but you have to find a lawyer who will defer payment unless you borrow the money.
