Re: Why sell the house

If you own it, and the house is vacant, why haven't you moved into it? What is stopping you?

Since you both own it, he cannot sell it unilaterally. He would need your consent, or a court order, AFTER a divorce.

For your own protection, and that of your children, suggest you consult with an experienced matrimonial attorney ASAP.
