Legal Question in Family Law in New York

selling of a business

This question is for a dear friend of mine. She is going through a divorce. Everything is going fine. There are two business at stake. Both are coffee shops. Cash business. Both were opened during the marriage. The Judge gave my friend 1/2 ownership of both business. Allowed her to enter both business, give here keys and 1/2 the profits since the decision. Through papper work from her soon to be X, she has found out that he has sold one of the business. Never informing her of such a sale. So i guess my questions are as followes.

1) Is the sale of the coffee shop legal?

2) Is she intitled to 1/2 of the money from the sale?

3) What can she do now?

Thank you in advanced
