Legal Question in Family Law in New York

getting separated with a child

hello, I really need someone to help me on this! I am currently not working, I am going to college at night and i have 1 year old child and right now the situation between my husband and i is not good at all. When should I go to? who can i contact? what should I do? i really don't think that there will be anything that will save this marriage, so i would love to get some help!

What sort of help do you need? If you want a divorce you need to speak with an attorney. Is there property/assets?
