Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i have been separated from my common law wife for about two years,she wants my 2008 van. the title is in her name, the registration is in mine,i paid for this vehicle and i have the receipt to prove it. can she take my 2008 van? thank you for your time.

New York does not recognize common law marriages. However, if the title is in her name, it's legally her car.
