Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Now that I am separated, can I ''date''?

My estranged husband and I filed

separation papers ourselves a few

months ago with the intentions of

divorcing as soon as possible. Until a

divorce is possible, what are my

obligations to the marriage? Can I ''date''

or would that be adultery?

Until you are divorced having sexual relations with a person outside the marriage is technically adultery.
