Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Have separated from spouse. He has not worked for two years and has been, for the last year using two credit cards to pay bills and pay for his cigarettes and alcohol . What should I do? one of these accounts I do not even have a card for.

Perhaps you should file for divorce and hold him solely accountable for the accounts.
