Legal Question in Family Law in New York

since separated, a will drawn up.

legally separated, husband had will drawn up. Since, got back together and we bought a house 50/50 ownership. If something happens to him, who gets his 50%. We have 2 children. Would I since I am his wife or would it go to the kids.

It depends on the language in the deed. If the language says the house is owned by husband and you as his wife, then the house would pass to you.
