separation agreement
Can i change a separation agrmnt made in july 2003 but never filed with court? both my spouse and i signed but had several reconcilliations, i want to know if i can change agreement to receive 1/2 of his pension we were married in 8/82

Re: separation agreement
You may always modify and agreement so long as consent is received from the other party. Modifications must be made in writing and acknowledged in the same manner as the original agreement.
