Separation and selling property

My husband and I just recently separated. He moved out. We are not legally separated. He left behind alot of stuff including alot of tools. Can I sell them as I need the money to pay bills?

Yes, if the bills are marital. However, if the tools are important to the Husband you may want to re-think. Will it be in your best interest to create animosity? Will it be in your best interest to create calm for the purpose of having an uncontested divorce?
