separation
im separated from my housband . im israeli my housband american . i wanted to take our 1 year baby to a visit my family in israel .he is not willing to issu a passport ..what are my option .. i wanted to go for 10 days ..

Obviously it would best to resolve this issue without litigation. It seems that the husband wants to withhold consent for the sole purpose of hurting you.
However, if your only alternative is to litigate, you would have to make application to the Family Court for permission to travel with the child to Israel for 10 days. As an aside, if you have not already done so, application should also be made for custody and child support.
