Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Is it appropriate in a separation situation where the State Trooper is supervising the move for the trooper to shake hands and wish one party good luck. Shouldn't they remain neutral in that type of situation?

There is no harm in wishing a party good luck. The next question would be for you to show how you have been harmed by the Trooper's conduct.
