separation/custody

my wife would like our marriage dissolved. No legal documents have been filed, as it is still a new situation. She is planning to leave and wants to take our child, possibly out of state to live. What should my recousre be?

Do you want sole custody of the child?

If you do, then you should file for custody.

If the move would effect your visits with the child then you should note this in your response.
