It means that in a paragraph or sentence in the agreement above (or more likely before) the line you are reading, provides an exception to the requirements or agreements you are reading about.

Put another way:

as long as something I already said doesn't interfere, then what I am saying now is what the agreement is.

Hope that clears it up for you. If not, call your lawyer about it. If you don't have one, GET ONE SOON, you are not sophisticated enough to represent yourself on something so important.
