Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I was served with a Divorce, but my wife does not want to proceed, however I want to proceed with the Divorce. She only filed the summons with notice and refuses to file the remaining papers. I was told I can file a RJI, however I do not know which petition that I must file along with the RJI. I am seeking guidnace as to the type of motion that must be filed along with the RJI. Thank you for your assistance.

No you do not yet need to file an RJI. Go to the court and get a copy of the complaint and then file an Answer and a counter-petition. You may need an attorney if you have substantial assets or minor children.
