since nov 2007 my husband left the country they have been trying to serve him nothing happened then the judge ordered his mother get supeona and a lawyer should up stating that he was not served prperly how long can this go on thank you

Do you have a lawyer representing you? If not, you should retain one ASAP to get your divorce properly completed.
