sexual disfunction grounds devorce
The refusal of wife to sleep with or allow husband to touch or have sexual relations with him.Is there legal action to get the wife to a doctor?

Yes, as long as she has been refusing you for a year, you have grounds for divorce. I don't know of any way you could legally compel her to visit a doctor to address the situation though.

The refusal of one spouse to have sex with the other constitutes a constructive abandonment and is a grounds for divorce.
