Can one sibling go get power of attorney without consulting with the other siblings?

Yes. However, the individual signing (giving) the power of attorney must have the mental capacity to do so.

I am not sure of your question.
If you are referring to a parent giving one of your siblings power of attorney, yes this can be done without your or any other siblings' consent.
If you are referring to youself, has your sibling filed for legal guardinaship over you?
Have you been declared mentally incompetent?
