Re: Siblings

In public housing such regulations are in effect. While I am unaware of any specific law outside of that exception, discretion is important. I recommend separating the children before either turns 11 years old. This strikes me as an absolute maximum age. Custody/child endangerment problems may ensue after this age (and no guarentees a judge will find this suggestion too permissive!). There are a number of non-profit organizations that can provide assistance in securing furnature. You are welcome to a consultation for no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th Street, NY,NY. Please call for an appointment first. (646)591-5786 or (718) 729-2029
