Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My significant other is paying child support for two children. The one he is paying for he has been denied the rights to see for 5 years and the other they started to pull money from his check without proof the child is even his. Becasue of the amount they pull out it makes it hard to seek legal advice for these things and im wondering if there are any suggestions that can be passed on to him.

Visitation and support are generally two separate issues. Your significant other may make application to the Family Court for visitation.
