Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am a single father and have a 17 year old daughter. I am having problems with her, most importantly missing school (high school senior). I purchased a car for her earlier this year and titled and resgistered the car in her name. Do I have any parental/legal rights to take the car from her as a disciplinary measure for missing school etc.
