Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Sleeping arrangements

My 5 yr old and 1 yr old boys sleep in the same room as thier father and I because we are remodeling. Is this illegal in the state of NY. They each have thier own bed and we have have ours.

It is not a crime or considered abuse/neglect for the boys sharing your room as long as they have their own bed.
