My son was born out of wedlock my wife ex husband was custody of my son, what do I need to do?

You need to go to the family court and file a petition for paternity. They will order a DNA test. Be advised that if you are determined to be the father, you may be liable for child support for your son. You should speak with a family law attorney to go over all of your options.
