Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My son is two and a half years old he begin acting out sexually and doing things he should have no knowledge of at his age. Two months prior to this behavior his father, his family and myself were only people around him. My sons behavior has not been the same violent aggressive and anxious I brought my sons father to court after I went to sexual behavioral specialist and spoke other people that all confirm that type of behavior is alarming. Because my son is not very verbal and I didn't jump to the conclusion that this could have been sexual abuse and bring him to the doctor right away I am now forced to give him back to his father until trial

I asked for supervised visits until we can get more information from doctors I was refused then I went for order protection and the judge just order that he refrain from certain acts with my son. My son has acted out sexually with father in front of me and his father had show no concern for it whatsoever he would make up excuses for the behavior. Video footage of the things that my son is doing, professional people such a sexual behavioral specialist who has been seen him on a weekly basis since this this has begun who have monitored difference in him from just a few minutes with his father my son became extremely violent for weeks following. I also had to begin therapy because it became so difficult and my son was appropriate with my therapist. I have many witnesses to my sons inappropriate behavior. I am being told that if I do not let my son go with his father I will be arrested for 6 months for contempt it of court and my son will be taken away from me. Cps was called twice because of his behavior the woman told me that if they find there to be a cause for concern they would have to remove him from me as well because he can't tell us who did it. I have been doing everything that I can do to try to get to the bottom of this it kills me everyday when my son acts out I can't go places because I'm in fear of the fear he might do something inappropriate. My whole world is falling apart and I can't even do anything to protect my son .
