My son is now 8 years old. i always have had questions if he was mine. My exgirlfriend I have been support to as ordered by the court. I obtained a home DNA test kit and sent in with my DNA and my son. Was recieved back with me Not the father. What can I do now? What can a lawyer advice me my options?
Was just back to court and she got more because I had been working extra hours to support myself, didn't know the court could do that.

Even though if the DNA proves that you are not the father, the court an still declare you to be the father by estoppel. Simply put it means that's what the child knows you to be.
