My son's father is breaking our court ordered visitation agreement ,how to handle this?

How is he breaking the visitation agreement. Is he the custodial parent, or is he not picking up the child as set out in the agreement? If he is denying you visitation, his actions may result in increased visitation or a change in custody. If he fails to pick up your son as scheduled, this may result in increased child support.
