Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I have three son's with the same man and I donot receive Child Support they are 18 , 19 and 21 yrs old can I receive child support for them?????

Yes for the 18 and 19 year old. No for the 21 year old.

You may go to Family Court. The intake room will help you with the petition.

Not for the 21 year old but yes for the other two... Ny doesn't provide attorneys for support cases so you may have to hire one if you need the assistance.
