Spousal Support

I am not yet divorced but have already been paying my soon to be ex spousal support as per a court order, she cited that she could not work because she had to stay home with our son. Now i have learned that she is actually working i do not know if it is on the books or off but is there any recourse that i could take since she told the judge that she is unable to work?

I would want to hear more details and to see the order before lending advice. However, if you can show that the condition upon which the order was based no longer exists, you might want to consider making an application to modify the order.
