Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My spouse and I have been living apart for several years, and will soon be filing for divorce. We have no dependent children, joint accounts, etc. Both of us would like to waive the requirement to disclose our finances, debts, etc., to the other. Can we do that, and if so - how?
