spouse's debt
am i responsible for my spouses' debt incurred prior to marriage. he has a judgment against him are my assets in danger of being accessed?

They are at risk if you have mixed your assets, such as a shared checking or savings account. But I know you're attorney would have made sure you didn't do that when you got married.
