Separated in MD and have Marital

Separation Agreement from MD

outlining child custody and support.

Ex husband not working at the time.

Got divorce from DE. Ex husband

claims to be perm resident of DE

(uses his parent's address) but living

in MD with girlfriend. I live in NY

with 5 yr old son since Oct 06. Want

to modify child support amount,

which state has juridiction to modify

support?

Since you and the child have lived in New York for more than 6 months - New York has the right to modify child support order.
