In the state of ny how does someone qualify/not qualify for alimony/spousal Support.

Thee are several factors that determine if a person is qualified for alimony/spousal support, including: (1) the length of the marriage; (2) the relative education and earning levels; (3) the standard of living established during the marriage.

When you file for divorce, also request alimony/spousal support.
