Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Statue of limitation on child support in NewYorkCity. I got a devoce in 1983. Child support was not filed as of today. Can now today I file for child support. April 2010.

You might have missed the mark. If you had an order that was never entered with the Office of Child Support Enforcement then it may be too late.
