statue of limitations on owed real estate taxes

my husband has benn divorced from his ex for four years now she is sueing for back taxes owed. she has the house and all it's contents and it is not mentioned in divorce decree. please explain if he is obligated.

if the house remained in both names, and is

not otherwise disposed of in the divorce

(highly unusual) then an action for

contribution to the expenses may lie

I am curious as to what his original divorce

lawyer has to say, and what the original

court documents from his divorce read as

to the obligations
