Stature of Limitation
My Ex and I signed a contract stating that while my son is visiting me during the summer (July and August) she will repay the Child support. She has never sent me a payment, since 2001. Can I sue her for non-payment?

You probably had an oral agreement and the chances are very slim that a court would rule for you. Next time you want to make changes in the court order get a lawyer to make it possible.
