Who Stays Home?
My husband and I own a house. We have a daughter. The house was in his family prior to our marriage but it was transferred to both our names in 1997. Who gets to stay in the house?

The answer to your question depends upon information that you have not provided here. First, are you contemplating divorce? Are either one of you abusing or being abused and in fear of danger? How old is your daughter? If getting divorced, what are your plans for staying/moving?
