What are the steps involved in appealing a restraining order.

Generally - you would have to timely serve and file a Notice of Appeal. You would then have to order and settle the transcript if there was a hearing. You would then have to prepare, serve and file with the proper appellate court the record and a brief supporting your position. If there is opposition, you would have the right to file a reply brief.
