can you stop the persons vistion if they refuse to pay childsupport while it is court orded

Re: can you stop visition

A parents right to visitation is not contingent upon his/her paying child support. Although the court may suspend visits if the noncustodial parent does not comply with an Order of Support. If there is court ordered visitation the other parent may file a violation of the order. At the same token you may file a violation of your order for support.
