stopind divorce and sale of home

how do i stop my spouse from selling our house. It was aquired during the marriage and we put it in her name + the mortgage..her credit was great, thats why. Now shes unhappy for money reasons and wants divorce but i dont. She doesnt want to goto counseling either. I do.

You would have to start an action for divorce or separation and file either a lis pendence (notice of pendency) against the house or ask for pendente lite relief to stop her from selling the house.
