we signed separation agreement 2 years ago.

my husband doesn't want to sign divorce paper and doesn't want to sale our house

can i go to court to get court order to sale house before divorce or i have to be divorse at first and after divorse go to court to get court order to sale the house or i can do it together.

my understanding i will need up to six months to be divorce if he doesn't want to sign divorce paper

So long as you have fulfilled all over your obligations under the agreement, there is little that your spouse can do to prevent the divorce and the enforcement of the agreement.

I suggest you consult and retain an attorney.
